Niyi Sanusi is a Nigerian Lawyer who is qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He has a first degree in Political Science and a LL.B both from the University of Lagos. He's practice areas include draftsmanship, company/commercial Law, investment laws, corporate practice, business law and practice, intellectual property, oil and gas, investment advisory, due diligence among others.

Gbemi holds an LL.M from University of Wales (UK) in International Business Law and has a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigerian Branch) and Nigerian Institute for Training & Development. She is a experienced senior consultant with a demonstrated history of working with think tanks, negotiation, management, operations, leadership and project management.

Richard cut his legal practice in a first class dispute resolution practice cutting across international arbitration, criminal law, complex civil and commercial litigation as well as appellate practice exposure. Significant legal work undertaken includes a landmark commercial dispute between an international accounting firm and its Nigerian members, representation of the firm on the committee of Nigerian Airways in liquidation as well as leading the team that acted as legal consultants to the Nigeria's National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) during the last recapitalization exercise among others. He has also appeared in several arbitral proceedings as counsel, leading the team that handled all the actions initiated by or against the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation through the Lagos offices. Richard is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, Governance Institute of Australia.
